What are the limits of TrueCLID call end?

CNAM information provided in TrueCLID call end requests may be limited or unavailable in these situations:

1. If you are NOT a Carrier or Service Provider. TrueCLID call_end is not available for end-users.

2. If no TrueCLID call start request ("call_party=orig_call_start") was originally sent for the call.

3. If the calling and called party numbers do not match between the "orig_call_start" and "orig_call_end" requests.

4. Calls that have very short, or very long durations.
